Terms of service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Glonyx and Acceptance
NOBLEFLOW PTE. LTD., a company based in Singapore and operating the Glonyx brand (“Glonyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is the contracting seller for purchases from glonyx.com and provides the Services described in these Terms. Our U.S. warehouse is in California; the warehouse location does not change the identity of the seller. These Terms of Service govern access to glonyx.com, customer accounts, online purchases, support resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Return Policy, and any product-specific terms presented before purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Product Information and Water-Treatment Guidance
Product descriptions, diagrams, calculators, articles, FAQs, and support content are general information. Water-treatment selection depends on the water source, laboratory or utility data, peak flow, pressure, pipe size, installation sequence, environmental conditions, applicable codes, and the exact product model.
Glonyx does not represent that one product treats every contaminant or water condition. UV and UVC LED systems do not by themselves remove dissolved solids, hardness minerals, sediment, chemicals, or all other contaminants. A softener, filter, descaler, UV system, or other treatment stage performs only the functions stated for the applicable model.
Where required, use a qualified plumber, electrician, water-treatment professional, laboratory, or local health authority. Product manuals and applicable plumbing, electrical, building, environmental, and public-health requirements take priority over general website guidance.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restriction, regulatory restriction, or inability to verify information. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of acceptance or begin fulfillment.
Online retail pricing is intended for personal or household purchases unless a separate written dealer, distributor, project, or commercial agreement applies. Dealer and business inquiries do not create a reseller appointment or price commitment unless confirmed in writing by Glonyx.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Payments are currently processed through Shopify Payments, using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own terms. We do not ask you to send full payment-card details or account passwords through customer support.
Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, taxes, duties, customs charges, installation, permits, and third-party services. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge all amounts shown at checkout.
Recurring purchase options require your express subscription selection. The billing schedule and recurring amount disclosed for the selected option apply. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for how to stop future renewals and how already-processed orders are handled.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship from our California warehouse to eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping services, charges, and any delivery estimates are displayed for your address before you complete checkout. Shipping, address changes, delayed shipments, and delivery problems are covered by our Shipping Policy.
Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. They do not remove our obligations concerning the shipment timeframe disclosed when you order. If we cannot ship within that timeframe, or the applicable legal deadline where no timeframe was disclosed, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate where available, and offer the choice to agree to a delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full, prompt refund. We will cancel and refund when required consent is not obtained. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received your package.
Contact us promptly about loss, damage, an incorrect shipment, or a delivery problem. We will review the issue with you and the carrier. We do not use transfer to a carrier or a delivery scan as an automatic waiver of our obligations or your non-waivable rights.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address change. Before carrier acceptance, we will try to stop shipment; creating a label does not by itself prevent cancellation. Once the carrier has accepted the package, immediate cancellation or interception is not guaranteed. Delivered items are handled as returns. The four order stages, return conditions, responsibility for costs, refused or undeliverable parcels, and refund timing are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
Obtain written instructions before sending an item back or deliberately refusing delivery. The California warehouse and the company's registered address are not automatic return addresses. Charges for a customer-requested carrier service must be disclosed and agreed before we request that service; we do not deduct undisclosed outbound shipping costs from free-shipping orders or charge the same cost twice.
8. Limited Warranty
Eligible complete Glonyx systems, including GX-UV-AE housings and controllers, carry a uniform 3-year limited warranty. Eligible Glonyx parts and accessories sold separately carry a 1-year limited warranty. Coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, remedies, and shipping procedures are described in the Glonyx Limited Warranty.
Published service-life estimates for lamps, LED modules, cartridges, media, seals, or other consumables describe expected maintenance intervals or design life and do not extend the applicable warranty period.
Excluded consumable hardware consists of small service items not sold as separate Glonyx products, such as nuts, washers, spacers, brackets, rubber seals, O-rings, and springs. This exclusion does not make separately sold filter cartridges, UV lamps, quartz sleeves, or UVC LED modules automatically ineligible for the 1-year defect warranty. Normal wear, depletion, and scheduled replacement remain excluded. Nothing here limits rights for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The written warranty terms supplied for an earlier purchase continue to govern that purchase; this update does not reduce an existing written warranty.
9. Installation, Operation, and Safety
You are responsible for confirming product compatibility and arranging safe installation, commissioning, maintenance, winterization, disinfection, and testing. Do not operate equipment outside stated pressure, temperature, flow, water-quality, electrical, or environmental limits.
Turn off water or power when leakage, electrical damage, a cracked pressure component, flooding, or another unsafe condition is suspected. Follow local health-authority instructions for a positive microbial test, boil-water notice, or other drinking-water advisory. Never look directly at an operating UV source.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services and their text, graphics, images, videos, designs, software, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Glonyx and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected content except with written permission or as permitted by law.
11. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Glonyx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the submission for operating, supporting, and promoting the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; collect data without authorization; or attempt to bypass technical restrictions.
13. Third-Party Services and Shopify
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, communications, and support providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Glonyx is responsible for its sale of products; Shopify is not the seller of Glonyx products.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information through support messages.
15. Disclaimer
Except for an express written warranty and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Services and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that website information will be error-free or that a product will achieve a result when the water condition, sizing, installation, maintenance, or operating conditions differ from the stated requirements.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glonyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data, loss of use, or third-party property damage arising from misuse, incompatible selection, improper installation, unauthorized modification, failure to maintain, or operation outside product limits.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Glonyx’s aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires a different remedy or limit.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Glonyx against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another party’s rights, unauthorized resale representations, or installation or modification that violates product instructions or applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain applicable when they cannot legally be waived. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction retain that authority.
19. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
