Glonyx Product Support

Glonyx Limited Warranty

Complete Glonyx systems carry a 3-year limited warranty. For GX-UV-AE systems, this includes the housing and controller supplied with the system. Glonyx replacement parts and accessories purchased separately carry a 1-year limited warranty. Coverage starts on the documented purchase date; conditions and exclusions apply.

Warranty periods

Coverage across the complete Glonyx range

The written terms available on the documented purchase date govern the claim.

3 years

All complete Glonyx system models

Complete Glonyx-branded water-treatment systems are covered for 3 years from the documented purchase date against verified defects in materials or workmanship. For GX-UV-AE systems, this includes the housing and controller supplied with the complete system. Normal wear and excluded small consumable hardware are described below.

1 year

Separately sold parts and accessories

Any Glonyx-branded replacement part or accessory that is offered and sold separately is covered for 1 year from the documented purchase date against verified defects in materials or workmanship.

Purchase record

Proof of purchase controls the start date

Keep the dated invoice or order confirmation, seller information, complete product model, serial information when available, and installation records. Product registration is not required for coverage under this policy.

Eligibility and remedy

Who is covered and what Glonyx may provide

Purchaser

Original retail purchaser

Coverage is intended for the original retail purchaser and the original residential installation. It is not transferable to a later owner unless applicable law requires otherwise or Glonyx agrees in writing.

Covered condition

Materials and workmanship

Coverage applies when the product or part is selected, installed, used, and maintained within its written specifications and normal residential operating conditions.

Remedy

Repair or replacement

After validating an eligible claim, Glonyx may repair the covered item or provide the same or a functionally equivalent replacement product or part, at its discretion and subject to product availability and applicable law.

Not covered

Conditions outside a verified product defect

This limited warranty does not replace correct product selection, water testing, installation, or routine maintenance.

  • Normal wear, cosmetic change, consumable depletion, scheduled replacement, or a reduction in service life caused by actual water conditions
  • Improper sizing, application, installation, plumbing, wiring, commissioning, storage, or failure to follow the product manual
  • Operation outside stated flow, pressure, voltage, temperature, environmental, or inlet-water limits
  • Freezing, overheating, flooding, water intrusion, electrical surge, impact, fire, misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidental damage
  • Scale, sediment, fouling, corrosion, chemical attack, source-water conditions, inadequate pretreatment, or inadequate maintenance
  • Damage caused by an incompatible third-party part, unauthorized modification, or improper repair; the mere use of third-party service or a third-party part does not by itself cancel coverage
  • Labor, diagnosis, removal, reinstallation, plumbing, permits, access, water testing, travel, property restoration, or consequential costs unless Glonyx agrees otherwise in writing
  • Claims without reasonable proof of purchase, product or part identification, and the information needed to evaluate the reported defect
Small consumable hardware and normal wear

Excluded consumable hardware consists of small service items not sold as separate Glonyx products, such as nuts, washers, spacers, brackets, rubber seals, O-rings, and springs.

Separately sold filter cartridges, UV lamps, quartz sleeves, and UVC LED modules are covered by the 1-year limited warranty against verified defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear, depletion, fouling, and scheduled replacement are not covered, and a warranty is not a guarantee of service life.

These exclusions do not remove any rights for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Labor, shipping, and return authorization

Unless Glonyx agrees otherwise in writing, this warranty covers the approved product or part remedy only and does not include diagnosis, labor, removal, reinstallation, plumbing, access, permits, travel, or property-restoration costs. Do not ship a product or part before receiving written return instructions. The authorization will identify the return location, reference number, packaging requirements, and the shipping responsibility for each leg of the claim. Unauthorized shipping or service costs may not be reimbursed.

No unauthorized changes to this warranty

No dealer, installer, reseller, marketplace, service provider, employee, or other person may expand, modify, or create a warranty obligation for Glonyx unless the change is confirmed in writing by an authorized Glonyx representative. A seller may have separate legal obligations to the purchaser.

Your legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some states do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Policy version: September 14, 2026

The written warranty terms supplied on the documented purchase date govern that purchase. This update does not reduce an existing written warranty for an earlier purchase. Keep a copy of the policy with the order confirmation, product model, serial information, and installation records.
