Cancellation policy

This policy applies to recurring purchase options offered by NOBLEFLOW PTE. LTD., operating as Glonyx, on glonyx.com. Buying a product using a one-time purchase or “System Only” option does not by itself enroll you in a subscription.
Annual purchase options, billing, and delivery
Our available annual plans use a recurring billing and delivery interval of every 12 months. Review the products included, the amount due at checkout, the recurring amount, the billing schedule, and applicable shipping charges and taxes before confirming a subscription. The annual interval describes renewals; it does not by itself mean that the first payment or shipment is deferred for 12 months.
- System + Annual Refill Subscription: the initial checkout charge is for the system. Under the currently offered annual system plans, the first scheduled refill charge is the next annual billing cycle, approximately 12 months after the system purchase; further refill cycles recur every 12 months. The refill amount is the recurring merchandise amount disclosed for your selected plan, plus applicable shipping and tax, rather than another full-system purchase price.
- A refill kit purchased directly as a subscription: the initial charge is for the refill order shown at checkout; the selected annual plan then renews every 12 months. This is separate from enrolling with a new system purchase.
Check the actual option, amount due today, recurring amount, and next billing date in checkout and your subscription confirmation. A system-only purchase does not automatically schedule a future refill. If the displayed offer and checkout information do not agree, contact us before paying.
By expressly selecting and confirming a subscription, you authorize the recurring payments disclosed for that option until you cancel. We do not enroll you solely because you created an account or made a one-time purchase. The annual replenishment schedule is not a guarantee that a filter or other consumable will last a full year.
How to cancel future renewals
You may cancel future renewals at any time without a cancellation fee or a required minimum number of renewals. Use the subscription-management link supplied with your subscription or order confirmation, or sign in through your customer account and use the available subscription controls.
If you cannot find or use the subscription controls, email support@glonyx.com or submit the Glonyx contact form. Include the purchase email and the relevant order or subscription reference, and state that you want to stop future renewals. A clear cancellation request does not require a reason or a further purchase. We will confirm cancellation in writing; if you do not receive confirmation, contact us again so that we can check the status.
Timing and orders already processed
To prevent the next scheduled renewal from being processed, cancel before that payment or order is processed. Check the next billing date shown in your subscription details or confirmation and contact us promptly if it is unclear. This policy does not impose a separate advance-notice period or an early-cancellation penalty.
Cancellation stops subsequent renewals. It does not automatically cancel, return, or refund an order that has already been charged, created, or shipped. Contact us promptly about that order: the fulfillment stages and refund conditions in our Refund and Return Policy apply. Any mandatory refund or cancellation rights take priority.
Cancelling or returning one order does not necessarily cancel its subscription contract. Tell us explicitly if you also want to stop future renewals. If a renewal charge occurs after an effective cancellation, contact us so that we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Changes, pauses, and payment details
Use the management controls available for your subscription to request an eligible address, payment-method, schedule, or quantity change. If a control is unavailable, contact support. A pause or reschedule request does not take effect solely because it was sent; check the updated subscription details or our written confirmation. A change cannot automatically reverse an order already processed.
Discounts apply only to the items identified as eligible in the offer. A promotion for the initial system purchase does not automatically apply to future refill orders. Shipping charges and taxes may apply to each recurring order as disclosed for the plan. Material changes to recurring terms require the notice or consent required by applicable law.
Returns, shipping, and contact
Refill returns and warranties are governed by the Refund and Return Policy and the applicable product warranty. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
